Student information
Your study goals and email are private. They are used to save your preferences and process enquiries. When you consent and send an enquiry, only your selected tutor or agency can see the name, email and request included in it.
Tutor and agency information
Names, introductions, teaching or service scope, languages, cities and prices are public only after approval. Contact details and supporting documents are not published. Only the applicant and platform reviewers can access supporting documents.
Human review
Reviewers check the submitted identity, qualification and service information. Approval records a human review of the submitted information; it does not guarantee teaching outcomes, admission or a visa. Changes require a new review.
Available services
The platform currently supports information search, profile review, saved providers and enquiry replies. Payments, scheduling and lesson settlement are not enabled. An enquiry does not purchase a course or create an application-service contract.
Accounts and storage
ChatGPT sign-in remains available; we do not collect your ChatGPT password. When email sign-in is enabled, Wix handles registration, email verification and password recovery, receiving your email and display name. Passwords are submitted for authentication and are not stored by this platform. Email sessions use HttpOnly cookies, with tokens stored on our server. Accounts using different sign-in methods are kept separate. Provide only relevant information and cover unrelated ID numbers in supporting documents.
Corrections and deletion
You can update your profile in your account. Published provider profiles are removed from the directory when edited and require a new review. Contact the platform operator to request deletion. Before public launch, the operator, support email, retention periods, deletion-request channel and complete privacy and service terms must be published.
Chinese learning records
When signed in, completed lessons, understanding-check scores and review dates are stored in your account. They are not public or automatically shared with tutors. Guest progress lasts only for the current page session. Practice recordings stay on the current page for playback, are not uploaded, and are not retained after leaving or refreshing the page.
